Oral presentations

• Please prepare your presentation either in PowerPoint or as pdf file and bring it with you on a USB stick.
• All presentations must be uploaded directly in the main lecture room (Aula La Ginestra) at the soonest and, anyway, not later than during the coffee break or lunch break preceeding the session. 
• The total time allocated for contributed oral communications is 20 minutes including questions (so, please consider to leave 3-5 minutes for discussion)
• Please be respectful of your fellow presenters and their allocated time by staying within the time allowed and complying with the session chairs if they ask you to wrap up

Poster contributions

• The size of the poster should be  70 cm (width) x 100 cm (length). Please do not exceed these dimensions
• Posters must be displayed in PORTRAIT format. 
• Poster presentation will take place over the coffee and lunch breaks on the days you have been assigned.
• Posters numbered 1-50 should be mounted on monday and removed on wednesday after the morning coffee break.  Poster from number 51 should be mounted on wednesdayduring lunch break and removed before the end of the conference. Poster numbers can be found on the pdf of the preliminary program)
